Frequently Asked Questions:

How long does it take for the search engines to list my site ?

For Google it usually takes 6 to 8 weeks to get indexed. For the others, it is entirely up to each search engine or directory. Some of them index a site almost immediately. Others can take 6-15 weeks or longer and some may fail to list your site. This is a good reason to resubmit your site monthly.

What are meta tags and do I need them ?

META tags are used by some search engines to display your site in their search results. META tags provide these search engines with the title, description, and keywords of each page on your site. Without these tags, your site would not rank nearly as well.
Title and a description meta tag are the most important ones. More information on how to add meta tags here.

What is search engine optimization and why do I need it ?

If your site is not properly optimized for search engines, your site will not rank well, and will not attract new customers. Search engine optimization is the act of making a website come up higher in the search results of major search engines. Search optimization ensures that your website has all of the necessary ranking criteria to appeal to search engines needs.

Will I receive spam after my site is submitted ?

No, we do not submit your email address (except free submission) to the sites we submit to. We create a free 6MB web-based email account for you to collect all the confirmation messages and spam.

Which search engines, directories and other popular indices do you submit to ?

We constantly improve the list of search engines, directories and other sites that we submit to. This involves appending and deleting sites from the list regularly. We will always submit your site to the most popular search engines, directories and other indices.

Do you provide a submission report ?

Yes, a submission report will be sent to you via email, within 24 hours (Traffic Booster : keyword report) after we have received your order.

Do you guarantee top ranking on the search engines ?

Each search engine has it's own technique when they rank pages so it is not possible to predict high rankings. Unfortunately it is impossible to guarantee top ranking for specific keywords or keyword phrases.
